Join us for this slower paced, relaxed class suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The class is appropriate for all levels and experience including athletes wanting to increase flexibility, those recovering from illness or injury, and women who are pregnant.

Most poses are done in a seated or reclined position, focusing on hamstrings, hip openers, low back and shoulder/upper back openers. Yoga Stretch will guide you through holding stretches, increasing flexibility while calming the breath and the mind. The non-strenuous yoga movements will gently stretch the muscles and relax the nervous system, opening the places that feel tight, while incorporating breathing techniques to increase your energy and stamina.
